“Hi, I’m Dr. Wachtel and I’m really excited today to talk about one of our exciting books for runners. We see a lot of runners in the practice and they’re typically very athletic and there are a certain amount of injuries that occur within a runner. In our free resource, we talk about running, common injuries, and good stretching exercises before and after races and runs.

If you’re a runner, you’re typically at risk for many different types of injuries, even though you’re trying to get yourself better. We carry this book in our practice so if you’d like you can call us and we’ll mail you a free book offering, so that you can get informed about some of the injuries you might see as a runner. We want to keep you physically fit throughout the year and prevent other injuries, so there’s a lot of good information here.
